YOUR PARENTING STYLE IS

Gentle, Responsive, Respectful.

Shouldn’t your sleep solution feel the same?

OH HEY THERE,

I’m Rhaine — Certified Sleep Coach, Integrative Feeding Specialist, & Founder of Pink Moon Sleep

After over a decade of caring for infants and toddlers, I have watched too many families struggle with sleep (or rather lack there of) and I knew something had to change.

So, in 2021, I took a HUGE leap…

I quit my graduate program and decided to follow my passion for early childhood development and supporting families by becoming a certified pediatric sleep consultant.

BUT THERE WAS STILL SOMETHING MISSING

My philosophy as a responsive care giver and the methods taught in my training program weren’t clicking. So I dug deeper.

After MANY books, articles, lectures, courses and certifications later, I finally developed a support system to help families get back to sleep in a way that is truly gentle, responsive, and respectful.

I’m so happy to have you here!

MY MISSION

To support ALL families in getting a better night's sleep, so that they can continue to explore, play, learn and thrive.

I offer remote sleep support programs for littles from newborn through toddlerhood. With 2 tiers of support, you choose the option that is best for your family and your budget, and we will work together to get your little one sleeping soundly!

Get back to sleep, so you can get back to what matters most

MY PHILOSOPHY

All children, families, sleep goals and dynamics are unique and deserve respect. I believe that each child has the right to gentle, responsive, and effective sleep support to help them thrive.

My approach to sleep coaching is not a “one size fits all.” I look at your family, your child, your sleep goals, values as a parent and so much more to create the sleep plan that works for YOU. No cry it out or traditional sleep training here!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope! But I used too… and I have learned first hand that it is not for me! My approach to sleep support is connection based, centering around your values as a responsive parent. In my 1:1 consults, we look at the full picture (not just naps and nights) and help you understand truly biologically normal, and age appropriate infant and toddler sleep.

But you’re also here to get some sleep, right?! Together, we will work toward more sustainable sleep patterns for your little one using a gentle, responsive, and realistic approach. I’ll be honest, if you are looking to “sleep through the night” in a matter of days: I’m not your gal. If you are looking for connection based, gentle alternatives for healthy, sustainable sleep for your child, let’s chat!

  • Holistic sleep support is not traditional sleep training.

As a holistic sleep coach, I look at everything that makes your child’s personality and daily rhythms unique. I consider everything from naps, nights, age, temperament, stage of development, family dynamic, feeding and so much more to design a plan that is appropriate and respectful to your little one and your family values.

    Browse the support options

  • Depending on which support option you choose, consults are appropriate for kiddos from newborn stage up to 5 years! Browse your support options.

  • While I don’t offer extensive 1:1 support until 4 months, I do offer phone support (appropriate for 0-5 years) as well as a comprehensive, holistic Newborn Sleep Guide! Whether you are expecting or just welcomed your little one, this guide is perfect for understanding the ins and outs of newborn sleep and setting sustainable foundations for the future.

  • Absolutely! Whether you are cosleeping, bedsharing, or in separate rooms, I am here to support you. I also help families make the transition away from cosleeping and bedsharing if and when they are ever ready for that transition.

  • This is not the typical “sleeping through the night by night 3” type of program. Each child is unique and there are a variety of factors to consider. Some families see more noticeable change within the first week, while some babies need more time to adjust. Typically, the families I work with start seeing more consistent patterns between 2-6 weeks.

  • I get it! This is a time, energy, emotional, and financial commitment. What I can promise you is that you will receive realistic expectations as they pertain to your unique little one and offer you the tools and strategies to gently support your baby to meet their sleep goals. All that being said, babies are not robots and I do not practice any form of “cry it out” to “teach them” to fall asleep. There is no 100% guarantee that you will have a baby sleeping through the night by the end of our time together. However, you WILL have the realistic understanding of biologically normal and age appropriate sleep patterns, the tools to continue to work toward your sleep goals over the long term, and additional resources to address any other related concerns that might be at play.

  • I offer 2 options for 1:1 support to meet YOUR needs. If you are looking for just a little guidance to better understand what is “normal” and a plan to get you on track to more manageable sleep, the Fundamental Support Call is a fabulous option (appropriate for 0+ months).

If you are looking for more guided support with more consistent coaching and communication from me, then the Premium Support option might be a better fit (appropriate for 6+ months).

If you are still unsure, you can always book a FREE Discovery Call to discuss your unique situation and I can help you decide which is best for you.
